Mrs. E. Carolin Praba is a pioneering leader who has played a transformative role in shaping India’s hair and skin wellness industry. Recognized as South India's first woman trichologist, she earned her Certificate IV in Trichology from the International Association of Trichologists (IAT), Australia, and is also WTS (World Trichology Society) certified, making her one of India's earliest certified trichologists. She contributed to the global scientific community, co-authored international presentations on topics such as Asian Hair Disorders and Hyperpigmentation at the Asian Societies of Cosmetic Scientists Conference.

Driven by a vision to make advanced hair and skin solutions accessible to all, she began her entrepreneurial journey in 1997 with Praba’s Herbal Beauty Clinic. In 2004, she founded VCare Health Clinic Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai, laying the foundation for a brand that has grown into one of India’s most recognized hair and skin clinic networks. Today, with 82+ locations across South India and 1.5 million+ clients served, VCare stands as a testament to her vision, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.

With over 27 years of distinguished leadership in cosmetic sciences, nutraceuticals, and the wellness industry, Mr. Mukundan Satyanarayanan is a trailblazer in integrating research-driven innovation with traditional healing sciences. A Chemical Engineer by qualification, he has led pathbreaking advancements in skincare, personal care, nutrition, and pharmaceutical formulations. As the CEO of VCare Group, he has been instrumental in transforming the organization into a pioneering force in health and beauty. His dynamic vision has resulted in the development of over 400 advanced cosmetic formulations, 150 scientifically validated nutritional supplements, and 12 pharmaceutical-grade solutions. His work spans GMP-compliant manufacturing, global regulatory consulting, R&D leadership, and turnkey project execution. Mr. Mukundan’s academic foundation includes specialized training in Aromatherapy, Naturopathy, and Business Management. His ability to merge traditional wisdom with cutting-edge formulation chemistry has positioned him as a sought-after technical consultant to more than 40 Indian and international brands. He is also a respected presenter at global cosmetic science conferences and has authored 14 research papers (9 domestic, 5 international).
